Michael Ray Garvin, will hold a camp that is solely focused on linear speed training. The athlete will learn Arm & Foot Mechanics of Sprinting. They will also learn The Start, Drive, Transition, and Top end Speed of sprinting for their specific sport. This camp is open to ALL SPORTS for any athlete looking to increase their Linear Speed. Athletes will work with the Exergenie-Training system to help effectively activate muscle fibers for maximum performance. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 6/26/19 AT 7PM. TO REGISTER & PAY ONLINE AFTER 7PM, GO TO THE SPEED CAMP HOMEPAGE. THEN GO TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER TO SPEED CAMP WAIVER. OPTION 1: Parents register their son or daughter online, completes online waiver, and online $20 payment. OPTION 2: Parents register their son or daughter online, completes online waiver, and pays $20 cash or card in person on camp date. OPTION 3: Parents register their son or daughter in person, sign waiver and complete $20 cash or card payment on camp date. ATHLETES: Please Bring Running Shoes & WATER! Hydration is very IMPORTANT! By signing up online parents consent to the Sports Performance Waiver of Liability. Sports Performance Waiver of Liability The signed online (“Client”) hereby freely consents to receipt of Fitness/Elite Training services from Michael Ray Garvin & program instructors. We believe that physical fitness is basic to human life and it is usually possible for most individuals. Although everyone performs some level of physical activity in their daily life, certain levels of activity may have an adverse effect on people with any physical or medical conditions. Therefore, if you have any physical or medical conditions you should have a physical examination including an EKG or EEG, done prior to the beginning of this exercise program. INFORMED CONSENT After reading the foregoing information, the client understands the need for a physical examination prior to beginning this exercise program. Realizing that the results of such a physical examination might indicate that I not begin such an exercise program. The client (parent/guardian) assumes the risk for any injury or medical problem they might suffer in this exercise program. Client also understands that by participating in this fitness/sports performance program, neither Michael Ray Garvin, nor the program instructors are responsible for personal injuries or accidents.
